Commitment to Social Justice

As a human first, I believe that mental health cannot be separated from the world and system we live in. Our nervous systems are shaped not just by our families and relationships, but by the systems that disproportionately distribute safety, power, and belonging. I reject therapeutic frameworks that solely individualize suffering while ignoring the systems that create and maintain harm. This work is personal, but it’s also about tapping in to our collective power to remind us that we really are better together.
